Every aspect of this hospital was amazing. The front of house people were reassuring and helpful. The porter was friendly and put me at ease. The catering staff were really lovely and helpful and the food, what I had of it, was great. The anaesthetist was amazing, kept me chatting and the next thing I knew I was awake. The room was clean and comfy. The night team were lovely - no one rushing or hassled. I was very nervous but everyone made it a really positive experience.
Best of all the amazing Mr Gupta fixed my shoulder - pain free and excellent movement.
Everything was explained to me very clearly.
Thank you Runnymede hospital.

I Cannot express verbally how fantastic the staff are at this hospital. My daughter was so scared but the nurse natalie was exceptional in care kindness and empathy. Made the day so much better all staff are friendly and cheerful.

I broke my let left and all staff from the receptionist, porters, catering team, doctors, nurses & cleaners were all extremely friendly caring and did everything to make sure I was supported throughout my stay (2 weeks). Thank you!

I really like this hospital. I have been here several times over many years for different reasons, both for consultations and operations-and I have always found the staff to be very friendly and efficient.

Staff universally professional and empathetic. Very nice room, good food, and very attentive care.
Anaesthetist was a little brusque and rattled through a script. I asked her to slow down and repeat what she said in order to understand.

Overall a great stay at The Runnymede from start to end, the staff could not do enough. Mr Paul Trikha (surgeon) and Sam Soltanifar (anaesthetist) are both incredible. And I can't thank them enough. Sam was amazing at reassuring me throughout the whole thing. With pre-existing medical history, it was the major anxiety. That was quickly dealt with. Paul did an amazing job on my knee which is now pain-free.
